Blue Jays hurler Marcus Stroman spoke out last weekend at camp in Florida, expressing his displeasure with the club’s front office not offering a long-term contract. These complaints coming from a starter who had put up good numbers might be justified, but Stroman had an ERA over 5.00 in an injury-plagued 2018. Obviously nothing is wrong with Marcus’s mouth, but Toronto management needs to find out if his arm is sound before paying him or getting full value in a trade this summer.
